This position manages day to day maintenance and project activities to ensure our residents and staff are provided with a safe and functional environment. You will undertake activities involving reactive maintenance requests and minor works on site ensuring appropriate standards of workmanship and safety are applied at all times.
Duties include providing a first point of contact for all contractors and monitoring of planned maintenance activities. This position also oversees the Maintenance Officer in the performance of general maintenance tasks including handyman and small painting and patching tasks.
The role provides services to both our Busselton and Margaret River sites and you must be willing to undertake regular travel between the sites. A vehicle will be supplied for work related travel.
You will have a Trade background with direct experience working with and managing other Trade staff. Experience in coordinating and delivering minor and maintenance works. Excellent interpersonal skills along with a sound knowledge of work health and safety principles.
