We are currently recruiting a Manager on a 3 month contract basis initially to provide leave relief, for our 65 bed facility located in Manjimup. You will be responsible for all operational aspects of managing the facility, enabling you to demonstrate your business acumen along with your sound understanding of budgets and financial management. This is an excellent opportunity to implement and drive change and further business improvement with your strong leadership skills.
The ideal candidate must be a Registered Nurse; have a good knowledge of Aged Care legislation, an excellent understanding of ACFI and a passion for aged care.
Accommodation will be provided; Manjimup is located 300kms from Perth and has a population of 4,000. The Manjimup Town Centre Revitalisation project is creating a desirable place for families to grow, revitalising the town and is expected to lead to further economic growth in the area. The local facilities currently include two primary schools, high school, hospital and an indoor aquatic centre.
