The Manager Residential Care is responsible for all operational aspects of our 47 bed Dryandra Residential Aged Care Facility and you will have the opportunity to use your business acumen to demonstrate an excellent understanding of budgets and financial management.
The successful applicant will have a passion for aged care and lead, implement and consolidate change and business improvement. Ideally you will be a registered nurse and hold current AHPRA registration.
Located in the central Wheatbelt of Western Australia 200 Km's east of Perth, Kellerberrin is a warm and welcoming wheat and sheep farming community that has a rich vibrant history that dates beyond its European pioneers to its Indigenous people. Kellerberrin has a semi-arid climate with hot dry summers and slightly wet winters.
Kellerberrin is a hub of sporting activity throughout the year including football, hockey, basketball, cricket, bowls, equestrian events, golf, pistol shooting and gliding. The town also features a very modern recreation and leisure centre, aquatic centre, golf course, speedway and horse racing track.
As well as plenty to do on the weekends, Kellerberrin also has its own District Primary and High School that provides a unique and diverse school environment that caters for students for Kindergarten to year 10 and provides a high quality education program. The school also provides a 'Little Learners' program for children aged 0-4 years of age.
