Baptistcare is one of WA's largest not-for-profit providers of residential care, at home services, retirement living and disability services, supporting individuals and communities in metro and regional areas for over 40 years, and employs over 1,500 staff.Baptistcare operates 14 residential care facilities in the Perth metro area and regional WA.  All facilities provide the highest possible standard of care, offering a wide range of services to our aged care residents.Working closely with the multidisciplinary team and other stakeholders within the facility, this position is responsible for coordinating person-centred leisure and lifestyle support to residents.  As team leaders, this position plans and leads the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of individualized and innovative programs to promote the physical and emotional well being of residents through involvement in the meaningful activities of their life.You will need Certificate IV in Allied Health.  The role is part-time, 48 hours per fortnight.
