This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance to support the daily operations of our Aged Care Facility.
You will act as the first point of contact ensuring customers, visitors and contractors are welcomed to the facility. Duties include answering phones, maintaining databases, customer service, ordering, accounts and mail distribution.
You will have sound previous experience in an administrative role, demonstrated time management and organisational skills, outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high quality customer service.
