Did you know Baptistcare has a labour agreement with the Department of Immigration, allowing us to sponsor overseas workers in positions such as Personal Carers, Disability Support Workers or Community Aged Care Support Workers? We are one of few organisations in WA to be able to offer this type of sponsorship. This gives our staff the unique opportunity to be able to achieve permanent residency status as a Personal Carer or Support Worker.
Baptistcare will only sponsor overseas workers when there is a shortage of skilled Australian workers. For current employees, any vacant shifts or rosters will be offered to them in the first instance. Should our current workforce be unwilling or unable to take up the extra shifts, and there is no suitably qualified Australian employee, Baptistcare will attempt to cover these shifts with a sponsored worker from overseas.
Interested? You can view our current roles here. For those positions which offer sponsorship, this will be stated in the advertisement.
